Tiffany Shreve, FNP

Tiffany Shreve, FNP has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) since 2014. She graduated summa cum laude with her BS in Nursing from Radford University in 2003. She spent 5 years working in maternal-newborn nursing before returning to graduate school in 2008. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2009 and taught in Associate and Baccalaureate degree nursing programs for 3 years. She was awarded a professional scholarship opportunity in 2013 and soon graduated from the post-Master's FNP program at East Carolina University in 2014. Education is certainly the foundation of her clinical practice, and she brings with her over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She commits to learning something new every day and fully embraces evolving her practice with the latest research and practice guidelines.

Her clinical interests are vast, but she truly values providing healthcare for entire families. Understanding the influence of family dynamics on health decisions enables her to provide more holistic and personalized medical care. She has completed specialized training in the management of sleep apnea, cardiovascular risk reduction, chronic disease management, and preventative healthcare.

She has been married to her husband, Chris, since 2005, and they have been fortunate to call Watauga County their home since 2009. They have one son, Isaiah, and two doodles, Annabelle and Kobe. When she's not taking care of patients, she can be found in the stands cheering on or keeping stats for her son's basketball, soccer, or baseball teams. She also loves watching UNC basketball and a good rivalry game in college football.
